Help for flu

Editor,
The recent surge of a new strain of stomach flu, I am sure, has everyone concerned.

They are telling us that there is no vaccine to fight it. Alarming to say the least.

First of all, let me say that I am not a doctor, or  a nurse, only someone really concerned about others.

I would like to share what I researched, as a layman, and found to help my family. Going on the assumption that nothing medically could really help, I decided that perhaps something natural could. So I went from there. The following is the results of some of my findings. I discovered that paramedics and hospitals used activated charcoal for all different kinds of poisonings. In my research I discovered that it was also used for diarrhea, and stomach disorders. I also found that acidadopalus/probiotics played a big part in balancing the acids in our stomach during times of distress of all sorts. Since bodies require hydrating due to well, you know, a person needs to drink plenty of hydrating drinks. We used Gatorade. Soda crackers are great since eating and keeping it down is almost impossible.

All of this has really helped our family. I hope this helps.
