Sheriffs arrest suspected drug user in Earlimart

EARLIMART—Authorities arrested a suspected drug user Tuesday during a theft investigation in the 600 block of South Elm Road.
They were in the community when they contacted Richgrove resident Ricardo Jimenez, 38, who they deterimined was allegedly under the influence of a controlled susbtance.
They arrested Ricardo and he was booked into the Tulare County Main Jail.
