THE PORTERVILLE RECORDER

Helen Martinez Davila, a resident of Porterville passed away here on Monday, September 21, 2009.  She was born in Cibolo, Texas on August 22, 1943.  She was 66.


She was a member of St. Anne’s Church.


Visitation will be held at Myers Chapel in Porterville on Thursday, September 24th from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  A rosary service will be held at Myers Chapel on Thursday, September 24th at 6:00 PM.  A Chapel service will be held at Myers Chapel on Friday, September 25th at 1:30 PM.  Interment to be private.


She is survived by her companion, Joe Reynoso of Porterville; son Alfred Davila of Porterville; daughter Debbie O’Bosky of Porterville; brothers Joe Martinez of Ohio, Luis Martinez of TX, Anfelno Martinez of Oregon; sisters Mary Gonzalez of Shertz, TX, Esperanza Ortiz of Asherton, TX; four grandchildren, Jacob Davila, Joshua Davila, Alyson O’Bosky and Abigail O’Bosky.


She was preceded in death by her husband Alfred Davila.
