David Lee Loza

THE PORTERVILLE RECORDER

David Lee Loza, a resident of Porterville, passed away in Tulare on Sunday, June 28, 2009.  He was born in Lindsay on May 27, 1982.  He was 27.

David was a caring and compassionate person.  He enjoyed golfing, going to Raiders games and always looked forward to the NFL Draft.  He spent Monday nights with family and friends.  He managed the family business for 14 years.  He lived his life for his daughter whom meant everything to him.

He is survived by his daughter, Silver Marie Loza of Porterville; parents, Tano and Rosalinda Loza of Porterville; brothers, Albert Anthony Lopez of Strathmore and Adrian Loza of Porterville; sisters, Anthonnette Lopez of Porterville and Sandy Herrera of San Diego; six nephews, Isaac, Adrian and Andrew Lopez of Strathmore, Joseph Lopez of Porterville, Davian and Dylan Herrera of San Diego; niece, Celeste Lopez of Porterville; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  He is preceded in death by his godmother, grandparents and cousins.

All services will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Porterville.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 1st from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.  A rosary will also be held on Wednesday, July 1st at 6:00 PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 2nd at 11:00 AM.  Interment to be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
