Another fee?

Are the Porterville City Council and the city manager brain dead or unaware of the fact that California is bankrupt because of over spending, overtaxing and over regulating businesses?  Don’t they keep up with the news that businesses are leaving California in droves because of it?

Now, Porterville wants to board a sinking ship called “Carnival California.” I am sure that Porterville has a pile of regulations and taxes for companies wanting to start a business along with Tulare County and California. Now they want to impose a “fee” of $1,200 to start a new business. Do they want to chase away potential businesses?

They are out of their minds, or don’t have one in the first place.
