CalFire's Tulare Unit appoints new division chief

Battalion Chief Phil Brown was promoted to division chief at Mountain Home Conservation Camp on Jan. 21. He will be responsible for supervising 10 Fire Crew Captains, five inmate crews and other office and support staff.

Brown has more than 38 years of service with CalFire and brings a multitude of local and state experience to his new position.
