The Cardinals (6-19-2, 1-5 ESL) gave league-leading Strathmore notice that they are ready for another five-game battle with an upset over Corcoran, Tuesday (18-25, 25-18, 25-22, 26-24).

Freshman Kennedy Blue had a 15-kill, three-block match with older sister Lindsay tallied 10 kills and six blocks.

Senior libero Alexsis Arguelles recorded 35 digs and four aces with Hayley Kendig getting 25 assists. Kassandra Gutierrez had 30 digs as well.

The Cards were in danger of dropping games three and four, down 22-17 and 24-17, but behind strong serving from Arguelles and Christi Gutierrez, they were able to stymie the Panthers.
