Charles N. Bowles

THE PORTERVILLE RECORDER

Charles N. Bowles, a resident of Porterville, passed away there Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at the age of 45.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 23, 1:00 pm, at the Porterville Elks Lodge.

Charles was born July 31, 1963, to Charles N. Bowles and Judith A. Bowles-May in Porterville. He promptly left for Japan where he resided until 1967 at which  time he returned to the States for a brief stay in San Diego. He then lived in Pacific Beach, Washington and Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island, Washington.

Charles loved camping, fishing, visits to the coast and time spent with his family and will be greatly missed by all.

Charles is survived by his partner of 18 years, Tingra Hunter; his stepson, Keith Clinton; his mother, Judith May, all of Porterville; his son Joshua Darymple of Port Angeles, Washington; soon to be granddaughter; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins, He is proceded in death by his father Charles N. Bowles.
