Felipe Samuel Beltran, Sr.

THE PORTERVILLE RECORDER

Felipe Samuel Beltran, Sr., a life-long resident of Porterville, passed away in Tulare on Sunday, June 28, 2009.  Felipe was born in Lindsay, CA on March 2, 1983.  He was 26.

Felipe attended Monache High School, where he graduated from in 2001.  Upon graduation he was employed at the Porterville Developmental Center.  He was a very creative person, he enjoyed writing songs, poetry, singing and rapping and performing.

Felipe was a dedicated and Loving Father to his beautiful children, Felipe Jr. and Roxanne, They were his pride and joy.   He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends whom he loved very much.  He was a loyal fan of the Chicago Bears from a very young age, he was there number one fan.  Felipe enjoyed all sports.

Felipe went on into eternal life to join his beloved mother, Roxanne Flores Beltran.  He is also preceded in death by his grandmother, Josephine Flores; grandfather, Felipe Flores; his paternal grandmother; Altagracia Beltran; cousins, Jose Luis Beltran and Cousin Steven Avalos.

He is survived by his Father, Manuel Beltran, Sr,; his beloved big brother, Manuel Beltran Jr.; his son, Felipe Beltran, Jr.; daughter, Roxanne Beltran and numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.

All services will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Porterville.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 1st from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.  A rosary will also be held on Wednesday, July 1st at 6:00 PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 2nd at 11:00 AM.  Interment to be at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

We love you Felipe and you will be missed.
