Important election
Editor,
This is the most important presidential election in the history of our country. Our current president has set out on a path of anti-faith, anti-Christian and anti-god agenda. He said of Christians, “They have an antipathy for people who are not like them.”
In April 2009, he ordered monograms symbolizing Jesus Christ to be covered because he deemed it offensive. He has declined to hold services for the National Day of Prayer because it might be offensive to Muslims. When quoting the Declaration of Independence, he deliberately omitted the phrase “endowed by our creator.”
This president is a secular progressive who does not believe in Christian teachings, because he is an ideological socialist. The world is sliding toward anti-Christ thinking, and anti-Christ morality.
America is still the greatest country in the world, great in opportunity, and the land of the free. America’s best days aren’t behind us. They are before us. We, as Christians, must vote for a pro-Israel president. If Christian people do nothing, evil will prevail. Righteousness still exalts a nation. I implore all Christians to vote.
