Francis J. Muller

Francis J. Muller, a prominent farmer and lifelong resident of Ducor, passed away on October 28, 2007. He was born on October 7, 1915, he was 92 years old.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Whitehurst-Peters-Loyd Chapel, followed by recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 2, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anne's Catholic Church.

Interment will be at St. Anne's Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Jane Muller of Ducor; sons, Dr. Francis J. Muller, Jr., (Nadine) of Novato, Nicholas G. Muller (Sally) of Denver, CO, Brook E. Muller of Bakersfield, Charles A. Muller (Donna) of Shingle Springs, and Rev. Stephen A. Muller of Piffard, NY; daughters, Jane Ellen Colella (Frank) of Indianola, IA, Mary T. Galusha (Winston) of Ducor, Patricia A. Hughes (Henry) of Ducor, Claire E. Hickey (Sean) of La Crescenta; 29 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Holy Cross Church Building Fund at St. Anne's Church, 378 North F Street, Porterville, CA 93257.
